I really like how solid yet soft the details are *u* I could see the direction of hair and its form but without it being too clumped up. I always loved that effect when hair gets highlighted around by light, such a lovely effect!

I really love the colors ;u;

Thank you Sigh ;v; <33 Lol the hair shine was actually a bit of an accident. I have no idea what I was aiming to do before but it definitely was to stay away from too much shininess. Then that effect somehow came into play and I decided it needed to be there >D Funny thing how playing around with random stuff works huh 8V

And lol you flatter me too much Q//v//Q It's more a lot of practice and experimentation than anything else really, since I'm honestly not really naturally talented in drawing haha. I checked out your gallery, your stuff's a little rough but not bad? You've got a really good sense of where light and shadow falls over the figure >v<

Thanks. That is how I would describe my drawing too LOL but I have been hunting across DA for good coloring tutorials so I can try and get better

Yea fortunately DA is a treasure trove of handy tutorials, and yup, improvement is all about improvement ^^ What program do you use? You could always try looking on youtube for process recordings or tutorials too. I've found those super handy, since you actually get to watch the artist at work.
